Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with at least 7 years of experience to join our IT team on a permanent contract (CDI).
The candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing Oracle database systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer, maintain, and optimize Oracle databases in large-scale, high-availability environments.
Perform daily operations including backups, restores, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Implement database security, access controls, and compliance measures.
Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with development teams to support database design, SQL optimization, and application performance tuning.
Monitor database performance and capacity planning to ensure optimal system performance.
Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Provide support for database incidents and participate in problem resolution

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 7 years of experience as an Oracle DBA.
Strong knowledge of Oracle database administration, including RMAN, Data Guard, SQL tuning, and Enterprise Manager.
Experience with backup/restore, patching, performance tuning, and high-availability solutions.
Scripting skills (Shell, Python, or similar) for automation and monitoring.
Understanding of database security, compliance, and best practices.
Familiarity with middleware and application integration environments is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Fluency in English is required.
