Onboarding and skills development
New joiners begin on the same footing, and then the team decides together where each person continues to develop. Nobody is slotted into a track on day one.
Responsibility for critical systems
Projects cover critical payment, logistics and migration systems. Each consultant has defined responsibilities within the project team.

Satisco Academy: training and mentoring
Satisco Academy organises internal training. Junior consultants receive senior mentoring, a certification path and regular progress reviews.
Certification paths
IBM and Axway certification paths with study time scheduled during working hours.
Mentorship pairing
Every junior consultant is paired with a senior engineer who is accountable for their progression, and knows it.
Technology research and continuous learning
Following what changes in the platforms and protocols we live in is part of the job description and part of the evaluation.
Internal labs
Satisco LAB gives engineers a sandbox for cloud, AI and prototype work that has no client deadline attached to it.
Career tracks
Three career paths
You do not have to become a manager to progress here. Each track runs from junior to a senior grade with equivalent standing and equivalent pay.
Technical
Junior Consultant → Consultant → Senior Consultant → Lead Engineer → Principal Architect
A technical path in integration, B2B, migration, streaming and observability, leading to architecture roles.
Consulting and advisory
Junior Consultant → Consultant → Senior Consultant → Lead Advisor → Expert
Assessment, governance, compliance and target-architecture work. Closer to the client's decision-makers, still technical enough to be believed.
Commercial and delivery
Business Developer → Senior Business Developer → Account Director / Delivery Manager
Developing a market or client portfolio, with the technical knowledge needed to qualify requirements and prepare proposals.

IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Developer / Consultant
Design, build and operate B2B and EDI flows on Sterling B2B Integrator and Sterling File Gateway for banking, logistics and retail clients.
IBM ITX / WTX Developer / Consultant
Mapping and transformation work on ITX, including SWIFT MT to MX and ISO 20022 migration projects in financial institutions.
Axway Expert (M/F)
Managed file transfer and API management on Axway SecureTransport, Transfer CFT, Flow Manager and Amplify.
Microsoft 365 Administrator / Consultant
Administration, security and integration of the Microsoft 365 estate, including identity, governance and hybrid connectivity.
Business Developer — France
Open and grow the French market across the full data portfolio: integration, B2B, migration, quality, governance and data activation.
Integration Engineer — junior
Entry point into the Academy. Certification path on IBM or Axway, paired with a senior engineer from week one.

A technical discussion based on a Satisco project, adapted to the skills required for the role.
3 · Meeting the team
You meet the people you would actually work with, and you get to ask them the awkward questions.
4 · A written offer
Grade, track, training path and the first engagement, in writing, before you are asked to decide anything.
