Microsoft 365 (M365) Administrator / Consultant

Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 (M365) Administrator / Consultant to join our IT team on a permanent contract (CDI).
The candidate will be responsible for administering, managing, and optimizing the M365 environment, ensuring seamless collaboration, security, and productivity across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
- Configure and enforce security policies, access controls, and compliance settings.
- Plan and execute migrations from on-premise systems or legacy platforms to M365.
- Provide support and guidance to end users on M365 applications and features.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and usage to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and infrastructure teams to implement best practices and governance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Participate in M365 rollout projects, upgrades, and new feature adoption.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong knowledge of M365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, Intune).
- Experience with security, compliance, and identity management in Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.
- Understanding of networking, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, MS-500, or equivalent.
- Experience with M365 migrations or hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with third-party M365 integrations and API-based automation.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT service management principles.
