Microsoft 365 (M365) Administrator / Consultant

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with at least 7 years of experience to join our IT team on a permanent contract (CDI).
The candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing Oracle database systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Oracle databases in large-scale, high-availability environments.
• Perform daily operations including backups, restores, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Implement database security, access controls, and compliance measures.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with development teams to support database design, SQL optimization, and application performance tuning.
• Monitor database performance and capacity planning to ensure optimal system performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Provide support for database incidents and participate in problem resolution

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an Oracle DBA.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database administration, including RMAN, Data Guard, SQL tuning, and Enterprise Manager.
• Experience with backup/restore, patching, performance tuning, and high-availability solutions.
• Scripting skills (Shell, Python, or similar) for automation and monitoring.
• Understanding of database security, compliance, and best practices.
• Familiarity with middleware and application integration environments is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based Oracle environments (OCI, AWS RDS, or Azure) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Nagios, Grafana, Kibana/ELK).
• Experience working in financial or highly regulated environments.
