Can you introduce yourself and tell us about your background that led you to this role as Country Manager for Luxembourg at Satisco ?

I’m really excited to take on this new role and lead Satisco to the next level of growth. With an experience of more than 20 years in the Luxembourg market, I have worked in many different functions within Financial and IT companies (BIL, RBC IS, DTS, EBRC, and NTT). I have acquired a global vision of a company. This is reinforced by my entrepreneurial mindset.

Thanks to this long experience in banking and investment funds, I have a large network of decision-makers in Luxembourg and the greater region. I master the particularities of the Luxembourg ecosystem and can help regulatory files succeed.

What do you see as the key opportunities and challenges in the Luxembourg market, and how do you plan to address them in your new role ?

I am convinced that the expertise provided by Satisco for Luxembourg will continue successfully. In particular, we intend to make our expertise better known in the local market.

As our clients’ infrastructures are undergoing a transformation towards digitalization, the combination of the capabilities of the AAA group and the expertise of Satisco in Luxembourg can bring real added value.

I look forward to continuing the development of Satisco in Luxembourg. Our local roots and the proximity we demonstrate to our customers are of great importance here. Hence, Luxembourg also has many international companies. From a strategic point of view, the Grand-Ducal place is therefore crucial for our international growth projects.

How do you plan to foster a collaborative and motivated team environment among your colleagues in Luxembourg ?

A team of 50 experts in Luxembourg advises our customers every day and guarantees a quality service. My absolute ambition is to preserve the satisfaction of our customers and our employees. In this condition, growth comes naturally. Furthermore, I see a lot of potential in our outsourcing services: the demand for on-site support is constantly increasing.

Our employees integrate into our customers’ IT/Dev teams and can take responsibility for a complete activity if our customers wish so. Naturally, I will ask our Luxembourg customers directly about how they see our products and services and what optimization opportunities they could still identify. In this way, we will be able to bring them even more added value.

Could you share your long-term vision for Satisco’s growth and success in Luxembourg and how you intend to align your team’s efforts with that vision ?

I am happy to base myself on “Rise 20-25”, which has defined a level of growth for the Satisco group (Belgium, Luxembourg and France). We have an ambitious plan: to expand our group and local footprint by 20% per year, expand the range of clients and industries we serve, and reach 130 people by 2025, with a turnover of 16 M€!
